Listings currently show catalogue prices. Final direct-sale prices and stock will be configured before payment is enabled. Purchases completed on Meesho are governed by the terms displayed there.
Products and pricing
Our jewellery is artificial jewellery. Read each product’s description, dimensions, materials and finish before ordering. We do not describe pieces as solid precious metal unless explicitly stated.
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. The final checkout total will show all payable charges, including applicable taxes. Our direct-sale prices include shipping. Colours may vary slightly with lighting and screens; this does not remove your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.
Orders and payments
Before paying, check your selected pieces, quantities, contact information and delivery address. Our server verifies the price, availability and payment status. A browser success message alone is not confirmation of payment.
When enabled, payments will be processed securely through Cashfree. We do not collect your full card credentials or UPI PIN. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.
Do not make a second payment solely because a status page is delayed. Contact support with your order and payment reference first.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
See our Shipping & delivery policy and Returns, refunds & cancellations policy. Voluntary cancellation is not available once an order is placed. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods and other applicable statutory rights remain available.
Using this website
Provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access other customers’ data, interfere with the store or submit fraudulent orders. Contact us if you identify an error or security concern.
Brand assets, design and original store content belong to their respective owners. Personal browsing and sharing links are welcome; commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
Changes and applicable rights
We may update these terms and show the updated date on this page. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing purchase. Indian law and applicable consumer rights apply; these terms do not exclude remedies available under law.
